THE ROLE:

An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and bright Commercial IP/IT Solicitor to join a thriving department who are at the top of their game in Thames Valley area. Working closely with some inspiring Partners, you will work with an impressive blue-chip client base handling a broad range of matters covering digital media, data and IT contracts. Much of the team's work involves drafting; analysing or negotiating commercial agreements. You will have plenty of client contact and will get involved in business development and regular pitches for new business.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Commercial IP/IT Solicitor will have between 4-6 years PQE gained either In-House or within another highly-regarded commercial law firm where you will have obtained broad experience. You will have recent good working knowledge on a wide range of issues with a sound knowledge of and interest in digital media, data and IT contracts. You will have the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
