JOB TITLE:                  Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor          

PQE REQUIRED:         NQ – 2 years’ PQE

Joining a highly competent team, you will be managing your own caseload, under partner supervision, on a diverse range of matters to include; advising clients at a pre-action stage on prospective claims, and advising and representing clients throughout any proceedings. You will also assist partners and senior solicitors by conducting  legal research and preparing advice notes, drafting various documents, undertaking disclosure exercises, assessing and summarising documentary evidence, preparing bundles for counsel and for court and file management.



The selected Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor will have prior experience in matters such as complex contractual disputes, professional negligence disputes, contentious insolvency matters, judicial reviews, and reputation management. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to efficiently convey information both written and orally to clients and colleagues. You will have a drive to deliver a first class legal service and will have excellent planning, organisation and time management skills to accommodate this under challenging deadlines.
