SALARY: £80,000 + (Dependant on experience)
This leading regional law firm is currently leading the field in a blaze of glory and due to the continued success of the commercial department they have identified the need for a Commercial Partner to play a key role in further developing the commercial team further. This position would suit a well-rounded Commercial Solicitor who is constantly jumping hurdles / obstacles to achieve their aspirations but they never come to fruition. As the appointed Commercial Partner you will be advising on all aspects of commercial contracts law including supply contracts, terms & conditions and agency distribution as well as dealing with the day to day responsibilities of being a partner within a well-established team. You will be keen to network in the Midlands market and will be determined to build a successful practice. However candidates with a specialist field such as IP / IT, outsourcing, telecoms or data protection are also encouraged to make an application or call for a highly confidential discussion.
