JOB TITLE:                  Commercial Paralegal

PQE REQUIRED:      2 years+ experience

LOCATION:               Hampshire

SALARY:                     £22,000-£30,000


The Commercial Contracts Paralegal will be joining this national company and join their thriving in house legal team. You will be responsible for reviewing and drafting a range of commercial business-to-business contracts including standard and bespoke contracts. You will ensure all work is undertaken accurately, within deadlines and in accordance with all governance processes. The successful Commercial Paralegal will also be required to work effectively with colleagues from other departments.



The Commercial Contracts Paralegal will have a minimum of 2 years of solid experience working on a wide range of commercial contracts. You will ideally have some experience within a sales-based business and will have previous exposure to employment contracts. The Commercial Paralegal will also be a team player who is highly competent with excellent commercial awareness and professionalism.
