JOB TITLE:                   Commercial / Commercial Property Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         5+

LOCATION:                  Suffolk (Commutable from: Ipswich, Hadleigh, Sudbury, Clare, Haverhill, Colchester, Bury St Edmunds)

SALARY:                        £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:

The firm provides advice on a variety of commercial and commercial property law matters and they have now identified the need for a Commercial / Commercial Property Solicitor to advise on terms and conditions, sales and purchases of commercial property, business leases, business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and partnership agreements. This position would suit a Commercial / Commercial Property Solicitor who is looking for the chance to handle a varied caseload.

 

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Ideal Commercial / Commercial Property Lawyers will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and either be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a genuine passion for this area of law. Suitable Commercial / Commercial Property Solicitors will be technically strong in all matters associated with commercial and commercial property law.

 

THE FIRM:

This role would suit a Commercial / Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive who would enjoy working on a diverse caseload of matters and the chance to have a work/life balance.
