JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-5 years
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical negligence solicitor to progress their career in a market leading team. They can, with supervision appropriate to their experience level, expect to be managing their own busy and challenging caseload with the opportunity to specialise in a niche area if desired. Their workload might include brain and spinal injuries, cancer misdiagnosis, claims against care homes, claims relating to pregnancy and children and cosmetic surgery claims.
This role would suit clinical negligence solicitors within their first five years after qualification with strong previous experience in clinical negligence claims. The successful candidate will have a sound working knowledge of this area of law and will have the intuition to manage their own workload effectively. Excellent communication and client care capabilities are a must as is a demonstrable desire to always secure the desired outcome for clients.
