JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 0 - 2 years
LOCATION: West Sussex
An excellent role has arisen with this successful regional firm to work in their West Sussex office as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor. Working closely alongside this team of specialists, you will handle a large and interesting caseload of medical negligence matters on behalf of claimants with brain and other catastrophic injuries. The team currently work on a large and complex claims of high value, and have an excellent reputation in the market for their string client care skills and strong knowledge of the sector.
This role requires an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a true passion for this area of law. You will have gained experience through a training seat or first legal role in the clinical negligence sector, and will have had exposure to a wide variety of complex medical negligence issues. You will have excellent communication skills, treating client matters with high levels of sensitivity and professionalism. The successful individual will be highly organised; capable of working to strict deadlines effectively and be a proactive worker; seeking good outcomes to challenges.
