JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
PQE: NQ to 3+PQE

This reputable firm is currently looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor from newly qualified up to 3 years PQE to handle a broad spectrum of clinical negligence matters to include birth injury, cancer claims, brain and spinal injuries, eye injury claims, gynaecological negligence, orthopaedic injury and vascular claims. The firm would like the appointed Clinical Negligence Solicitor to have their own driving license and vehicle as they are strong on face to face client contact and the Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be required to travel from time to time.
The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients, medical staff and expert witnesses. It is essential that you have direct experience of working in either defendant or claimant Clinical Negligence practice and will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a wide range of Clinical negligence cases with minimal supervision.
