JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2 - 7 years’
This specialist clinical negligence practice cover a wide range of medical disorders and brain injury cases. Working alongside a team of experts, the successful individual will work on a caseload focusing on brain injuries, ranging from cerebral palsy, sepsis, brain haemorrhage, strokes through to genetic disorders and complications in birth.
This role requires an experienced clinical negligence solicitor who has gained a good knowledge of brain injury matters. You will have a passion for this area of law; providing excellent client care from beginning to end and working with an empathetic and professional approach at all times. The successful individual will have been worked on Court of Protection matters and will feel comfortable running their own caseload under appropriate supervision. Applications are welcome from individuals with a minimum of 2 years PQE gained from a reputable regional or city firm.
