JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-3 years
As a clinical negligence solicitor you will be joining an expert team who deal with the full spectrum of claimant clinical negligence law. This includes brain and spinal injuries, cancer misdiagnosis, claims against care homes, claims relating to pregnancy and children and cosmetic surgery claims. You will be managing your own caseload with supervision appropriate to your level of experience. It is expected that you will also be actively contributing to the clinical negligence team’s business generation activities.
This role would suit solicitors anywhere within their first three years after qualification, with strong experience in either clinical negligence or serious injury claims in either a claimant or defendant environment. The successful candidate will have a sound working knowledge of this area of law and will have the intuition to manage their own workload effectively. Excellent communication and client care capabilities are a must as is a demonstrable desire to always secure the desired outcome for clients.
