JOB TITLE:                   Clinical Negligence Solicitor

THE ROLE:

This well regarded practice based in Liverpool is seeking to expand its capabilities and is therefore seeking to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor into its Clinical Negligence team. The appointed Clinical Negligence solicitor will have experience of handling clinical negligence claims, a good knowledge of the law surrounding clinical negligence and ideally experience of dealing with complex and sensitive claims. You will be assisting the two partner team on the more complex matters while expanding your own knowledge and expertise on your own caseload.

 

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As the appointed Clinical Negligence Solicitor you will have excellent organisational and time management skills and have a real appreciation for developing good client relationships. You will be able to demonstrate experience as a Trainee or Newly Qualified solicitor within clinical negligence and you will have had exposure to drafting witness statements, taking instructions, some advocacy and interlocutory hearings and be able to demonstrate a confident and personable manner.
