JOB TITLE:                   Clinical Negligence Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         3-6 years

LOCATION:                  Leeds

SALARY:                     Competitive

THE ROLE:

As a clinical negligence solicitor you will be managing your own busy caseload, working on behalf of public and private sector health and social care providers. You can expect to be working on a full spectrum of defendant clinical negligence issues, as well as issues such as inquests and medical malpractice. You will be expected to maintain an up to date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and to build and maintain your own strong network of client contacts so as to contribute to the clinical negligence team’s business development.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking for talented and able clinical negligence solicitors, ideally with between three to six years PQE. Candidates must have strong experience in defendant clinical negligence litigation gained in a large private practice or insurance firm. The successful candidate will have impeccable negotiation and client communication skills and will be apt at building strong, working relationships with colleagues.
