JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-1 year PQE
SALARY: Dependant on experience
The appointed Clinical Negligence Solicitor will assist senior fee earners within the team initially, with a view to progressing to handling their own caseload of low value cases. The team covers a vast and interesting range of medical negligence cases including birth injury, cancer claims, brain and spinal injuries and orthopaedic injury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a successful team and develop their career alongside some very experienced fee earners.
Our client is looking to recruit a newly qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team. The appointed Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have undertaken at least one seat in clinical negligence during their training contract. Our client will also consider candidates with a PI background, either in defendant or claimant. The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor should have a good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and should be able to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a varied caseload. Due to our client’s location and the nature of this role, it is essential that all candidate can drive and have their own transport.
