An opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor to be based in Bristol. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor you will be handling a full and varied caseload of pre-action and litigated matters for NHS Resolution and Private Med Mal Insurers, advising private clients on a full range of clinical negligence complaints and claims. Your caseload will include, but not be limited to; misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, birth injuries, nerve / spinal injuries and GP negligence. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor you will ideally have experience of Clinical Negligence ideally on the Defendant side. You will demonstrate a great understanding of the sector, offering your expertise and experience in order to support colleagues and clients. The Clinical Negligence Solicitor must not only have a sound knowledge of Clinical Negligence law but must also be able to have great communication skills in order to ensure the teams impeccable customer service standard is upheld. The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a caseload efficiently and to make robust commercial decisions. The ability to communicate clearly with clients, medical staff and expert witnesses is also key.
