JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Lawyer
EXEPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3+ years
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a clinical negligence lawyer you will be handling the full spectrum of claimant clinical negligence cases. This will include brain and spinal injuries, cancer misdiagnosis, claims against care homes, claims relating to pregnancy and children and cosmetic surgery claims. You will be managing your own caseload with supervision appropriate to your level of experience. The clinical negligence team has ambitious plans for growth and as such it is expected that you will also be actively contributing to the clinical negligence team’s business generation activities.
This role would suit clinical negligence lawyers with at least three years experience in handling their own clinical negligence caseload. The successful candidate will have a sound working knowledge of this area of law and will have the intuition to manage their own workload effectively. Excellent communication and client care capabilities are a must as is a demonstrable desire to always secure the desired outcome for clients.
