JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
SALARY: £60 - £65K
This successful and well-regarded team are now looking to appoint an experienced and personable individual to join their London office. Working on a varied caseload on behalf of claimants, the successful candidate will work on a varied caseload of clinical negligence and personal injury matters arising from poor treatment from medical professionals. Working alongside experts in the field, you will be exposed to accidents in A&E, brain injury and disease cases, and ophthalmic negligence.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years PQE as a Clinical Negligence Fee-Earner, ideally within brain injury matters, on behalf of claimants. You will have handled a range of clinical negligence matters and will be adept and confident in advising healthcare professionals of all levels with regards to ongoing claims, working both independently and as part of a larger team. This role is open to qualified solicitors, legal executives and fee-earners alike.
