JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation & Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years
Taking the reins on a busy mixed litigation and employment caseload. Your caseload will typically comprise landlord & tenant disputes, contentious probate, consumer disputes and professional negligence matters as well as providing advice in relation to redundancy, trade union issues, discrimination matters and TUPE matters. You will also provide advocacy for clients at tribunal hearings and at appeal. This is a role in which the successful Civil Litigation & Employment Solicitor will be afforded the opportunity to develop their career and progress up the ranks.
Your application with welcomed if you are a qualified solicitor with in excess of 3 years experience of handling a mixed civil litigation and employment caseload. Prior experience of providing advocacy will be a distinct advantage. You must be able to provide advice on all aspects of civil litigation and employment cases.
