JOB TITLE:                  Senior Childcare Solicitor - West Midlands

PQE REQUIRED:         5+

LOCATION:                  West Midlands (Commutable from: Birmingham, Dudley, West Bromwich, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, Worcestershire)

SALARY:                     Dependent on experience

 

THE ROLE:

The family department of this well established practice provides a professional approach to all aspects of family law. The need has arisen for a Childcare Solicitor to join the busy and demanding childcare department and advise on a variety of childcare issues. As the appointed Childcare Solicitor you will be acting on behalf of parents and grandparents as well as acting for the children themselves. The successful candidate will be responsible for a purely childcare caseload along with some aspects of family law.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in handling a range of childcare matters including guardian work. The successful Childcare Solicitor will must be Children Panel member and those with experience of training members of the team in order to work towards panel membership will also be considered for this position. Confidently advising on all areas of childcare law, you will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong working relationships and provide a first class service to clients. Our client is keen to hear from Childcare Solicitors who are self driven and self reliant with the ability to support the team effectively and confidently play a leading role.
