This specialist family law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Childcare Solicitor to assist the busy and growing department in London. The newly appointed Childcare Solicitor will be working in a stimulating and challenging environment managing your own caseload of childcare matters which will predominately be care proceedings. The appointed Child Care Solicitor will be joining a thriving Children team, working closely with colleagues on complex, and sometimes difficult, cases and taking a key role in the continued success of the department.



Our client is keen to hear from Childcare Solicitors who have a minimum of 3 years PQE in handling all childcare related matters and although not essential it would be advantageous if you are a member of the Law Society Children's Panel. Confidently advising on care proceedings, you will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong working relationships and provide a first class service to clients. Our client is keen to hear from Childcare Solicitors who are self driven and compassionate, with the ability to support the team effectively and confidently play a leading role. You must be able to undertake your own advocacy.
