JOB TITLE:                  Childcare Solicitor        

PQE REQUIRED:         3+ years’ PQE

THE ROLE:

Joining a highly expert family team, this role will involve a specific focus on Child Protection fee earning. You can expect to be providing an in-depth legal service, involving extensive client contact whereby quality and good practice will be adhered to. You will also be working on cases from inception to completion, case management and business developemnent.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful childcare solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience within the childcare legal sector, including xperience of public childcare law, pre-action care proceedings, fostering and adoption. You will be personable, with the ability to develop relationships with clients effectively. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills, being able to accurately convey messages to colleagues and clients and implement your legal knowledge. Organisation and time management are also essential attributes for this role. Members of the Children’s Panel are also extremely desirable for this role.
