LOCATION:                  Dorset (Commutable of: Dorset, Poole, Bournemouth, Blandford Forum, Ringwood, Brockenhurst, Weymouth)

The appointed Childcare Solicitor will handle their own caseload providing legal advice to both private and public organisations on matters including child protection, social care and special education needs. The successful Childcare Solicitor will handle a wide range of cases spanning a number of sensitive areas such as neglect, abuse and adoption. The appointed Childcare Solicitor will undertake their own advocacy when required and instruct Counsel where necessary.



Our client is looking for a Childcare Solicitor who has at least two years of experience gained working within this area of law. The ideal Childcare Solicitor will need to demonstrate experience of handling a busy caseload and working  both independently and as part of a tea. The successful Childcare Solicitor should have had some experience of undertaking their own advocacy and any experience of attending public law outline of legal planning meetings would be beneficial. Our client is looking for the appointed Childcare Solicitor to show the ability to communicate effectively, have strong analytical and problem solving skills, and be competent at meeting deadlines.
