A new opportunity has arisen for a well rounded Childcare Solicitor to join this leading East Midlands firm and join their thriving family department to advise on all aspects of chilcare proceedings. The appointed Childcare Solicitor will take on their own varied and busy caseload from the outset and should hit the ground running with a childcare caseload, undertaking work for Guardians and Parents. The role is an exciting opportunity for the successful Childcare Solicitor to join a supportive team where there are plenty of training and career progression opportunities on offer.
THE CHILDCARE SOLICITOR:
The ideal Childcare Solicitor will have a solid amount of experience of running a childcare caseload, undertaking work for guardians and parents. It is essential that the Solicitor is a member of the Children Panel and has excellent communications skills and an appreciation of the sensitive nature of the work that they carry out. Our client is flexible on how much experience candidates have had, what is really important is that the Solicitor is passionate about this area of law and committed to continuing to pave a career within it.
