Child Care Fee Earner, 2+ PQE, Northamptonshire - A challenging position has become available for a talented Child Care Fee Earner with a reputable law practice.

JOB TITLE:                   Child Care Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:          2+

LOCATION:                  Northamptonshire (Commutable from: Northampton, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Bedford, Banbury, Corby, Kettering)

SALARY:                      £Competitive

 

THE ROLE:

This is a great opportunity for someone to join the thriving department of this reputable law firm to develop your current knowledge within childcare matters. You will have responsibility for and deal with a caseload of child care work along with some family work as and when needed. This will include divorce & separation, related financial and private law children matters, domestic abuse cases, care proceedings and child abuse and child neglect cases. As the appointed Child Care Solicitor you will be expected to develop and the exisiting caseload as well as possess the ability to bring in new business through local and regional networks.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As the ideal candidate you will have a  minimum of 2 years experience in dealing with all types of Child Care and/or Family law related matters as well as having the ability to run your own caseload. Ideal Child Care Solicitors will have the willingness to conduct their own advocacy wherever possible as well as work to tight deadlines and build relationships with clients and professionals alike.  It is not essential but highly desirable if you are a member to the Children Panel or Resolution Accreditation.
