THE ROLE:

This innovative, award winning firm are currently recruiting for a talented and dynamic individual to join their office in Kent and work within their personal injury claims team. This specialist team deal predominately with catastrophic/brain injury matters, arising from RTAs, accidents overseas, accidents resulting in death, criminal injuries, medical and professional negligence, workplace accidents and occupational diseases and transport accidents. You

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will have had between 2- 4 years’ qualified experience within personal injury and will have experience of handling their own large caseload of catastrophic injury matters. Candidates who are APIL and Law Society Personal Injury Panel accredited will be at a distinct advantage. You will have a demonstrable history of handling multi-track cases from inception through to completion and be an enthusiastic and energetic self starter, interested in the building and developing of the firm through marketing initiatives. You will also be a proactive individual with a genuine desire to help clients throughout the process, organising rehabilitation and support during the early stages of the case. The successful individual will be a target driven and work effectively and in a timely manner towards deadlines. In addition, as you will be driving around the South-East as necessary, a drivers licence is required.
