PQE REQUIRED:         1-5 Years' PQE

LOCATION:                  Birmingham (Commutable from West Midlands, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire).

THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an additional Banking Solicitor to join this leading law firm. A substantial part of the role will involve advising on a wide range of syndicated, bilateral and club corporate, leveraged finance and real estate finance transactions involving the UK corporate banks and other leading regional funders. You will have the opportunity to advise traditional lending banks, alternative lenders, corporate borrowers, PE funds and real estate developers and investors.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

You will have sound banking experience and be able/ready to fully support on complex and interesting transactions as well as be involved in the banking aspects of larger corporate deals. You will be given the opportunity to work closely with existing clients with the support to help you business develop new client relationships. You will gain investment into your technical expertise and will benefit from transparent long-term career development.  This is an opportunity to be part of a growing Birmingham team with no barriers to future promotion for the right candidate.
