JOB TITLE:               Banking Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:     3+ PQE

LOCATION:               Birmingham

SALARY:                     Highly competitive + Bonuses

THE ROLE:

Joining an established banking team, you will be responsible for a variety of legal work including corporate, acquisition finance and real estate finance transactions namely for high street banks and other leading regional funders. This expert team, comprised of highly experienced individuals, offer in-depth knowledge and guidance across a breadth of areas in banking and is committed to providing a sound legal service.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As an experienced Banking Solicitor, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and a proven record of relevant experience and capability. Relevant experience to include real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate work is ideal for this role. You will also be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate a good commercial acumen to others. You will also have good negotiation skills and the ability to think on your feet and deploy knowledge in changing situations.
