With an excellent reputation within the local market, this law firm boosts an impressive list of clients including regional, international and national clients. Highly recommended in Legal 500 and Chambers, the banking team are enjoying an exciting growth phase and also an influx of new instructions. The firm are keen to hear from individuals who possess strong technical expertise and the capability to supervise and manage a team of fee earners. Academically and technically sound, you will have a strong reputation in this area of law supported by a following. As an experienced Banking Solicitor you will already be a Partner in your existing practice and be a well known name within the Birmingham market. You will have excellent contacts with the banks and will already be a familiar face on a number of the bank panels. This role has a high level of autonomy and scope to grow the department very quickly. You will have excellent leadership skills and will be a keen business developer with the ability to go out and win work.  Applicants will have experience of dealing with all aspects of banking law including funds, leveraged finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance. You must have a network of clients that will continue to instruct you on future matters.
