JOB TITLE:             Banking Paralegal

Within the role of a Banking Paralegal, you will join an established and well respected Banking and Finance team and undertake varied tasks to include the management of documents in relation to transactions, drafting and negotiation documents, including security, minutes and resolutions, as well as other master files.



As a paralegal you will be proficient in non-contentious transactions and have the capability to meet deadlines whilst producing quality work. You will have excellent organisational, planning and monitoring capabilities as you will be expected to manage documents in relation to transactions, as well as other work. You will be systematic and logical, deploying legal knowledge in a coherent manner to efficiently complete tasks at hand. You will also have good negotiation and communication skills alongside proficient drafting skills. You will have a minimum of 12 months Banking Paralegal experience.
