THE ROLE:

An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a thriving department and deal with a mixed caseload of corporate and commercial matters. The team deals with a variety of corporate commercial transactions on behalf of family businesses and the SME Market. The ideal Corporate Commercial Solicitor will already have some experience of acting on behalf of family businesses and SMEs and be looking for a firm where they can really see their career flourish. The role requires the successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor to advise on commercial agreements, buying and selling of businesses, shareholder agreements and other matters associated with corporate and commercial law.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from ambitious and driven Corporate and Commercial Solicitors who are looking for a firm where they can really build their career. You will have a passion for this area of law and be looking for a firm and environment where you’re not expected to work really hours to cope with the demand of clients. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team and be in receipt of a busy caseload along with genuine opportunities for a work/life balance. Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors or Legal Executives who have at least 3 years experience in managing their own caseload of matters. Significantly experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitors are also encouraged to apply.
