JOB TITLE:                        Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:                  1+

LOCATION:                        West Midlands

SALARY:                           Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:

Joining a highly experienced team, you will be working closely with other members of the team on all types of contentious related matters including breach of trust, removal of executors, claims under the inheritance act, invalidity of wills, court of protection claims and legacy disputes. You will be acting for a diverse client base to include but not limited to high net worth individuals, private clients, business owners and charities.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful individual will have a minimum of 1 years' post qualification experience and will have a demonstrable record of being able to deal with their own caseload and clients and be looking for a role which encourages development within contentious probate and trusts. You will be driven, place a big emphasis on client care and will enjoy business development. Additionally, organisation, planning and time management skills are key for this opportunity.
