Job Description
THE ROLE:
Ready to take the next step in residential conveyancing? Join an established firm where you’ll manage a varied caseload, build client relationships and contribute to the growth of the practice, all within a supportive team that values work/life balance and career progression.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing residential sales and purchases from instruction to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, deeds of easement and related property matters.
• Advising clients and liaising with estate agents, lenders and other professionals.
• Managing searches, enquiries, contracts and key deadlines.
• Delivering excellent client care with strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Supporting networking, business development and long-term practice growth.
THE CANDIDATE:
You’ll be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience, confident managing a varied caseload and handling transactions independently, with appropriate supervision. You’ll combine strong technical knowledge with excellent client care, sound organisation and the ability to juggle competing deadlines without losing sight of the details.
An interest in networking, business development and growing a client base will be a real advantage. If you’re looking for a role where you can develop your expertise, build your reputation and contribute to a growing practice, this could be the move for you!
