Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ PQE, Gloucestershire, £40–£60,000 DOE. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded property team, advising a quality client base on real estate matters. THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leases, promotion agreements, options, development matters, and real estate finance. You will work closely with colleagues across corporate, finance, dispute resolution, and tax to deliver integrated advice to clients. The role will provide significant exposure to clients, so excellent interpersonal and client management skills will be essential. You will also be encouraged to develop strong client relationships and play an active role in business development and the continued growth of the practice.

THE SOLICITOR:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 2+ years’ PQE and a strong background in commercial property. You will have experience across commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters and complex lease negotiations, together with exposure to title due diligence, development work, option agreements, conditional contracts and property finance. You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting and negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail, together with the ability to understand clients’ commercial objectives and provide practical, solutions-focused advice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commercial awareness and a collaborative, proactive approach are essential.
