JOB TITLE: Private Client Lawyer                   
PQE REQUIRED: 4+         
LOCATION: West Yorkshire                 
SALARY: Up to £50,000 (DOE)                    

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join an established and respected team in West Yorkshire. The role offers a varied caseload, quality work and the chance to build strong relationships with individuals, families, business owners and trustees.
You will manage your own caseload, covering complex wills and estate planning, inheritance tax planning, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration. You will also advise on succession planning, asset protection and wealth preservation, including matters involving high value and complex estates.
Working closely with clients, accountants, financial advisers and other professional contacts, you will provide practical, commercially focused advice tailored to each client's circumstances.
Full time and part time applications will be considered, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner qualified by experience, with at least 4 years' PQE or equivalent experience.
You will have strong technical knowledge across private client matters, with particular experience in complex estate planning, inheritance tax mitigation and high net worth clients. The ability to manage a busy caseload independently, build lasting client relationships and communicate complex matters clearly is essential.
You will be organised, detail oriented and committed to providing a high standard of client care.
