JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: £DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a leading team and deal with a varied caseload of corporate related matters. As the appointed Corporate Solicitor you will be joining an established and fantastic practice where you will be gaining exposure to a broad range of corporate matters. The role will include advising on M&A, corporate finance and general corporate advisory work. The client base will be varied and will range from start-ups through to international corporates and also management teams.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 3 years PQE in corporate law gained within a leading City or leading regional law firm renowned for their corporate offerings. You will be able to demonstrate strong experience in M&A work and be able to build and develop client relationships as well as deal with complex matters. If you have some interest in life sciences, technology and venture capital.
