A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join a highly regarded team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to develop their career within a well-established practice, working on a varied range of commercial property matters for an impressive client base.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects and landlord and tenant matters. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will provide commercially focused advice to clients, manage transactions and play an active role in maintaining and developing client relationships.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with between 1–3 years' PQE and experience in commercial real estate. You will have a sound understanding of commercial property transactions, development work and landlord and tenant matters, together with strong technical skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.

You will be commercially aware, well organised and keen to develop your expertise within a busy and supportive team.

A competitive salary of £58,000–£62,000 is available, depending on experience.
