• Instructing medical experts and counsel.
• Representing clients at court hearings, case management conferences and applications.
• Negotiating settlements and attending conferences with counsel.
• Preparing cases for trial and participating in alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
You will also contribute to the wider team and firm's objectives by:

• Assisting with complex and high-value clinical negligence claims.
• Maintaining effective relationships with clients and colleagues while complying with internal processes.
• Delivering training sessions and presentations for clients.

• A strong appreciation of client priorities and service expectations.
• An interest in mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
• The ability to comply with client protocols, working guidelines and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills, with close attention to detail.
• An understanding of client confidentiality and data security obligations.
• A proven ability to meet billing, time-recording and contribution targets.
