Residential Conveyancer | 2+ years’ experience | Worcestershire | Competitive and dependent on experience

A well-established and growing Worcestershire law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding property team. With multiple offices across the region and a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services, the firm combines traditional values with a forward-thinking approach and continues to invest in its people and growth plans.

This opportunity has arisen due to the continued success and expansion of one of the firm's busiest offices. With a strong flow of both existing client referrals and new enquiries, the team is looking to recruit an additional conveyancer to help meet increasing demand.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, advising clients on a range of transactions including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• First registration applications
• General residential property advice

About You
Applications are welcomed from:
• Solicitors
• Licensed Conveyancers
• Experienced non-qualified Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Fee Earners
