EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 3-5 PQE, LONDON, £70,000 - £80,000 DOE – Join a Top 100 law firm and become part of a highly regarded and growing Employment team. THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a growing and highly regarded team, advising employers and senior executives across a diverse range of sectors, including professional services, technology, healthcare, education, and manufacturing. You will handle a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including Employment Tribunal claims and litigation, disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues, employment contracts, policies and procedures, redundancy and restructuring projects, workplace investigations, senior executive exits, negotiations and settlement agreements, employment aspects of corporate transactions, and day-to-day HR and employment law advisory work. Working closely with clients, you will provide clear, strategic, and commercially focused advice tailored to their objectives, while developing trusted and lasting client relationships.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 3-5 years' PQE and solid experience advising employers across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Experience advising senior executives would be advantageous. You will possess strong technical employment law knowledge, commercial awareness and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The successful candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional client service, with an interest in business development and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
