Commercial Litigation Solicitor, 4-5 years’ PQE, Hertfordshire, £60-70,000 (DOE). An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded and ambitious team, with the autonomy to manage a varied caseload and develop strong, long-term client relationships – JOB REF: 215305555

THE ROLE:
You will handle a varied and rewarding commercial disputes caseload, advising businesses, business owners and individuals on contentious matters including contractual, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, injunctive relief, and commercial property disputes.
Taking ownership of matters from instruction through to settlement or trial, you will draft key litigation documents, provide practical and commercially focused advice, and represent clients in mediation and settlement discussions. Working closely with specialist teams across the firm, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives, helping to grow both the team and its profile in the market.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be an ambitious lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and a strong grounding in commercial litigation. You will have excellent technical, analytical and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and a practical, commercial, and solutions-focused approach. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with confidence in dealing directly with clients, counsel, experts, and other professionals. You will be a collaborative team player who is keen to contribute to the continued success of the team, while also supporting business development, strengthening client relationships and developing referral networks.
