RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, LIVERPOOL - Develop Your Residential Property Career with an Established Liverpool Practice

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join an established law firm in Liverpool City Centre.

You will work within a busy residential property department, managing a varied caseload and acting for both local and national clients. The role also offers the opportunity to develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, managing transactions from instruction through to completion, while providing a high standard of client care.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions
Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and professional contacts
Supporting the development of new business opportunities
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure transactions progress efficiently

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.

You will have:

Strong experience handling residential conveyancing matters
The ability to manage your own caseload independently
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems
A proactive approach and the confidence to use your own initiative
A client-focused attitude and an interest in developing business relationships
