Family Paralegal

Family Paralegal, 12 months+ Experience, Hull, £competitive (DOE) – Are you an experienced Family Paralegal looking for a new role with a friendly and supportive team? This could be the opportunity for you! JOB REF: 5491.

THE ROLE:
• You will assist with a varied private family law caseload, which may include divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, TOLATA claims, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and protective injunctions.
• There will also be opportunities to become involved in networking, marketing and business development as the office continues to grow.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Applications are sought from paralegals with a minimum of 12 months experience within family law.
• You will have practical experience within family law, strong client care and communication skills and the ability to manage your caseload effectively.
• You will be professional, organised and collaborative, with a genuine willingness to develop your technical and commercial skills.
