Legal Resourcer, West Midlands, £Competitive. eNL is expanding its established legal recruitment team and is seeking a recent graduate to join the business as a Legal Resourcer. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands on commercial experience and develop valuable recruitment skills. Job ref: 5468

OVERVIEW:
Initially offered on a three month basis, with the possibility of extending for a further three months and the potential to progress into a permanent position, this role provides full training and ongoing support from an experienced recruitment team. The successful candidate will focus primarily on candidate sourcing, researching and identifying prospective candidates through recruitment databases, job boards and online platforms, reviewing CVs, updating our database and engaging with candidates by telephone and email.

A degree is required, ideally in Law or a related discipline, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a confident and professional telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with candidates. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.
