Legal Resourcer, West Midlands, £Competitive. eNL is looking to appoint a recent graduate to join our established legal recruitment team in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career to gain valuable commercial experience and develop their recruitment expertise. Job ref: 5467

THE ROLE
Initially offered as a three month opportunity, with the possibility of a further three month extension and the potential to become permanent for the right candidate, this role will provide comprehensive training, mentoring and ongoing support.
Working alongside the wider recruitment team, your primary focus will be sourcing legal candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
•Searching our internal database, job boards and online platforms to identify prospective candidates.
•Reviewing CVs and assessing suitable candidates
•Contacting candidates by telephone and email
•Keeping candidate records accurate and up to date on our database.

THE CANDIDATE
Applications are welcomed from recent graduates who are keen to begin a career in recruitment and have an interest in the legal sector. A degree is required, with a law related qualification being advantageous.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a confident telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential, together with enthusiasm for learning and developing within a recruitment environment.
