eNL is seeking a recent graduate to join our established team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain commercial experience, develop recruitment skills and explore a career within legal recruitment. Job ref: 5466

THE ROLE
Initially offered on a 3-month basis, with the potential to extend for a further 3 months and, for the right individual, progress into a permanent position.
You will receive full training and support while focusing primarily on candidate sourcing, including:
•Sourcing candidates through databases, job boards and online platforms
•Reviewing CVs of suitable candidates
•Speaking with candidates by phone and email
•Building and maintaining candidate relationships
•Updating and managing the candidate database

ABOUT YOU
We are particularly interested in recent graduates with:
•A degree, ideally relating to law or the legal sector
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•A confident and professional telephone manner
•Strong organisation and attention to detail
•An interest in developing a career in recruitment
