Residential Property Solicitor, 4+ PQE, Hertfordshire, £60,000–£70,000 DOE. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a highly regarded, award-winning regional law firm. THE ROLE
With a strong position in the local residential property market and an established pipeline of quality work, this role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and busy caseload with a high degree of autonomy, while benefiting from the support of an experienced team and well-established case management systems.
You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, with a particular focus on freehold sales and purchases and leasehold transactions. Alongside managing your caseload, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other professional referrers, with opportunities to play an active role in networking and business development to support the continued growth of the team.

THE CANDIDATE
Applications are welcomed from qualified Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and solid residential conveyancing experience. You will have strong experience handling freehold sales and purchases and leasehold transactions, with the ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently. Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills are essential, alongside a strong financial and billing track record and the ability to build relationships with clients, estate agents, and professional referrers. A proactive approach to business development, attention to detail and commitment to professional development are also highly desirable.
