COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 1–7 YEARS’ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, circa £45,000–£60,000 DOE. Join a well-established Commercial Property Team with the opportunity to manage your own caseload, develop existing client relationships and build a strong local client base through networking and business development. • A well-established law firm is seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 1–7 years’ PQE to join its established team based in Hertfordshire.

• Depending on experience, you will manage an existing client base while also developing new relationships through networking and business development activities.

• The role will involve managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, whilst assisting more senior solicitors with their caseloads and supervising trainees when required.

• Your caseload will include landlord and tenant matters, commercial property acquisitions and disposals, commercial lease drafting and negotiation, commercial mortgages, agricultural and rural property, guarantees, licences, easements, TCPA and environmental matters.

• Previous experience working within a fast paced Commercial Property environment is essential, together with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a varied workload.

• You will be able to work effectively under pressure, prioritise competing demands and manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
