Private Client Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Devon, £65,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships with clients and providing thoughtful, practical legal advice to individuals and families as they plan for the future and navigate important life events. REF:5423.

THE ROLE:
• If you’re looking for your next Private Client opportunity and would like to be part of a team where your expertise and client relationships are valued, we’d love to hear from you.
• You will work across a broad range of Private Client matters, including: Wills and wider estate planning, Estate and probate administration, Trusts and trust-related matters, Advising elderly and vulnerable clients, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications and related work

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• STEP membership is highly desirable
• You will have strong technical knowledge with a client-focused approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own caseload confidently.
