Residential Conveyancer | 2+ PQE | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | January 2027 Start

A well-established law firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave cover, commencing in January 2027.

This is a full-time position managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling matters from instruction through to post-completion, while maintaining excellent levels of client care and communication with all parties involved.

The ideal candidate will be:
• A Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer
• Able to demonstrate 2-3 years' experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload
• Comfortable handling transactions independently from instruction to completion
• A strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organised
• Professional, approachable, and client-focused
