Personal Injury Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Greater Manchester, £45,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload, highly organised and able to work independently. REF:5373

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied personal injury caseload to include accidents at work, excluding most industrial disease claims, public liability claims, including trips, slips and falls and road traffic accident claims, generally excluding whiplash claims.
• You may also be required to handle clinical negligence claims, excluding claims involving therapists or mental health practitioners where there is no physical injury
• You will have responsibility for progressing your own files efficiently, providing a high standard of client
• Occasional travel between office may be required.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Personal Injury Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE
• Has solid experience handling personal injury claims
• Is confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision
• Is highly organised, proactive and self-motivated
• Has excellent communication and client-care skills
• Is commercially aware and focused on achieving results
