PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 2-4 PQE, HAMPSHIRE, £55,000 - £70,000 DOE – Join an award-winning, Legal 500-ranked law firm within a dynamic Dispute Resolution team. • You will take ownership of a diverse caseload of contentious residential property matters, guiding each case from initial instruction through to resolution. You will advise on a broad range of complex disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, leasehold and service charge issues, possession and eviction proceedings, breaches of lease and contract, boundary disputes, and adverse possession claims, providing commercially focused advice and delivering effective strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.

• Manage litigation and court proceedings, drafting pleadings, witness statements and legal correspondence, preparing cases for trial and representing clients at hearings where required. You will also utilise alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation, to secure practical, commercially focused, and cost-effective outcomes for clients.

• Applications are invited from Solicitors with 2–4 years’ PQE and solid experience in property litigation or dispute resolution. You will have strong technical and drafting skills, excellent client care abilities, and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to navigate disputes effectively and achieve positive outcomes for clients.
